Sandhu supports a low‑tax, pro‑growth economic environment that empowers Ohioans to prosper. He supports elimination of the state personal income tax, reforming property taxes, and eliminating wasteful spending. He opposes corporate welfare, government bailouts, and employment mandates that hamstring private‑sector decision‑making. Committed to worker freedom, Sandhu rejects forced unionization and supports reforms that streamline regulations, require legislative oversight, and ensure bureaucrats cannot impose burdensome rules without accountability.

Sandhu supports a abundance approach to energy policy making that keeps costs low, strengthens reliability, and increases consumer choice. He favors building on HB 15’s reforms to limit government interference, reduce utility costs, and encourage innovation across the energy sector. He opposes reimposing mandates or hidden charges that would raise rates for Ohioans. Sandhu also supports streamlining permitting for energy infrastructure—such as pipelines, transmission lines, and power plants.
