Columbus, OH —On Friday, Americans for Prosperity-Ohio (AFP-OH) will host a tele-townhall with a discussion focused on the effort to flatten Ohio’s income tax to a single 2.75% rate. With the Ohio Senate expected to release its version of the state budget by June 3, and budget negotiations concluding by mid-June, this discussion comes at a critical moment for tax reform advocates.
Grover Norquist, a nationally recognized leader on tax policy and president of Americans for Tax Reform, will join AFP–Ohio’s Donovan O’Neil to engage voters and discuss how a lower, flatter income tax would make Ohio more competitive and strengthen its economy.
