McGuire supports gradually lowering Ohio’s income tax with the goal of eventually eliminating it, aiming to enhance the state’s competitiveness and attract businesses.

She supports parents’ ability to choose educational options for their children, such as private schools, charter schools, online education, and homeschooling. She envisions a student-centered education system that engages parents and offers opportunities for student growth.

McGuire opposes government mandates on private businesses’ employment practices and supports company & employee-driven innovation and safety measures.
