At Americans for Prosperity Ohio, we are thrilled to present the 2025-2026 Buckeye Blueprint Policy Agenda—our bold vision for advancing Economic Freedom, Energy Abundance, and Education Opportunity in the Buckeye State.


This is our second Buckeye Blueprint Policy Agenda, and with it, we are doubling down on our commitment to building a bolder, better Buckeye state for ALL Ohioans. Through this agenda, we aim to empower individuals, grow communities, and enact transformational reforms that will propel Ohio to new heights

Section 2: Educational Opportunity

Eliminate means testing

The demand for EdChoice vouchers has skyrocketed since the implementation of a universal voucher system. However the means testing aspect of the program is standing in the way of ensuring every single family in Ohio has access to EdChoice dollars to seek the educational model that works best for their child. We believe striking the wealth testing element will further eliminate barriers to educational freedom for all Ohio families.
